Overall, a positive impression of the casino and the people, no insight into other players. A casino host found me, called me by name and offered to help if I wanted to come back, this has never happened at Durant.I played one machine for 2 hours & still came out ahead Dont expect servers to be taking orders. I found several machines that paid out quite nicely rather than suck your bucks. Moreover, it also has some outstanding entertainment facilities and 16 delicious restaurants. The casino’s playground features 7400 slots, 100 live table games, and a dedicated poker room with 25 tables.
Table only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday This is a small casino with mostly penny machines. The Choctaw Casino Resort Durant is in the state of Oklahoma and is open 24/7. They said they are rarely busy on Thursdays but get a little busy Friday and Saturdays. Bought in for $500 and cashed out for $650. I was the only player and played about 2 hours just me and the dealers. The craps table (only 1) didn’t open until 3pm and when open only had one end of the table staffed. Smaller casino and hotel than Durant but a nice place, the room was great and had a nice lunch at The River Bar and Grill.
I play at Durant a couple of times a month but had a free night at Grant so drove over Thursday the 31st. First trip to Choctaw Grant and want to share some impressions.
